SpeedSpot Kannur facilitates a Passengerforreporting the over speeding by buses. The App helps a travellertoknow the speed by which the bus is running and provides facilitytoreport to the authorities if the bus violates the speedlimits.User can take a snapshot indicating the speed of the bus ataparticular time with Location using GPS and also providesfacilityto take a photo of the bus ticket. User can tap in somedescriptionalso in the screenshot.

Radar Kannur is an android Application foronthe spot reporting of accidents , traffic violation or potholesinKannur Roads. Public can report on-line to the authoritiesandthere is facility to know the action taken on theincidents.The officials get alerts when a report is received and actiontakenremarks can be updated by them.Mobile Application will increase the availability of systemamongpublic more than a computer based website. So Radar will helpthepublic to report the traffic related cases without going totheconcerned offices. They can also view the status of areportedcase.

Kerala is facing sever drought in this summer. As amitigationstrategy, Water kiosks were installed by theDistrictAdministration. The WaterKan mobile App enables the citizento a.locate a water kiosk in google map in nearby locations (Kiosksin 5kilometer area of the pinned location) b. contact thewatersupplier for filling the kiosk ( Call or SMS facility) c.Contactthe concerned person of Kerala Water Authority to reportanyissues. c. Current location of Water tankers in Google map Thisisan initiative of Kannur District Administration.
